8-Week training in small groups where you will learn to apply the benefits of meditation in your life.
Mindful Self-compassion teaches you to become your own kind, caring and compassionate friend. How you can be more supportive for ourself.
For those with or without experience with mindfulness or as a follow up of MBSR you will learn self-compassion in an 8-week training.
